This is a highly integrated intelligent DC power distribution system designed to act as the central hub for outdoor telecom power. It combines integrated AC/DC rectification, solar MPPT control, battery management, and comprehensive load protection into a single 19-inch rack-mounted unit. The system ensures reliable power conversion and distribution while enabling remote management through standard communication interfaces, significantly simplifying site deployment and monitoring.
Specifically designed for hybrid solar-powered telecom base stations, outdoor communication cabinets, railway power control systems, and remote micro-grid sites where mixed AC and solar energy sources are utilized to power critical 48V DC telecom loads.

Electrical Schematic: Power System Electrical Schematic Diagram (as shown on label)
Rated Voltage: 48V DC system (based on standard telecom power)
Hybrid Energy Ready: Pre-wired to support 1 AC power source and 3 solar inputs (MPPT slots), allowing for easy integration of green energy systems.
Smart Load Management: Features distinct LLVD (Low Voltage Load Disconnect) and BLVD (Battery Low Voltage Disconnect) sections to prioritize critical loads and protect battery life during outages.
Modular Expansion: Designed with 3 empty rectifier slots and 3 MPPT slots, allowing capacity to be increased seamlessly as power demands grow.
Comprehensive Monitoring: Includes an intuitive built-in control panel with LAN/RS485 interfaces, enabling intelligent remote management, real-time data viewing, and alarm notifications.
Enhanced Safety: Equipped with high-quality CHNT circuit breakers and built-in AC/DC surge protection to prevent damage from lightning strikes and power fluctuations.
Mounting: Install the unit securely on a 19-inch rack rail inside the outdoor cabinet using the provided mounting brackets.
Wiring: Connect the incoming AC mains to the QF1 breaker. Connect solar panels to the Solar1/2/3 terminals. Wire battery banks to the BAT1-4 terminals.
Load Connection: Connect critical telecom loads to the BLVD breakers (F1-F11) and non-critical loads to the LLVD breakers (F12-F17), following the attached electrical schematic.
Configuration: Upon connecting the AC power supply, the monitoring unit powers up automatically (no physical switch required). Use the LAN/RS485 port to configure the system parameters via the web interface or local display, setting thresholds for temperature, voltage, and battery disconnect points.
Maintenance: Periodically inspect all breaker connections for tightness and check the SPD indicator modules (green indicates protection is active; red indicates replacement is need.
