50 tpd GOLD CIP CIL Plant
1.Product Introduction CIP CIL Gold Extraction
The 50 TPD Gold CIP/CIL Plant is a compact, high-efficiency mineral processing system specifically engineered for small-to-medium scale mining operations. Designed with a modular or skid-mounted structure, this plant integrates grinding, leaching, and adsorption into a streamlined footprint, allowing for rapid deployment and high recovery rates of fine-grained gold.
2.Application CIP CIL Gold Extraction
Small-Scale Mining: Ideal for independent miners or cooperatives processing 50 tonnes of raw ore per day.
Target Materials: Specifically designed for oxidized gold ore, gravity separation tailings, and high-grade gold concentrates.
Remote Locations: Perfect for sites with limited infrastructure due to its low power requirements and compact design.
Pilot Testing: Used by large mining groups to test the metallurgical recovery of a new ore body before full-scale investment.
3.Working Principle CIP CIL Gold Extraction
The 50 TPD plant operates through a series of integrated mechanical and chemical stages:
Comminution: Raw ore is crushed and fed into a Ball Mill, grinding the rock into a fine pulp (typically 85% passing 200 mesh).
Classification: A spiral classifier or hydrocyclone returns coarse particles to the mill while sending fine pulp to the thickener.
Leaching & Adsorption:
CIL Mode: Eco-friendly leaching reagents dissolve the gold while activated carbon simultaneously adsorbs it within the same agitated tanks.
CIP Mode: Gold is first dissolved in leaching tanks, then adsorbed by carbon in separate downstream stages.
Carbon Recovery: "Loaded" carbon is screened out and sent to a Desorption Electrowinning unit to produce high-purity gold sludge.
4.Advantages CIP CIL Gold Extraction
High Recovery Rate: Achieves 92% to 98% gold recovery, significantly outperforming traditional gravity or heap leaching methods.
Plug-and-Play Design: The modular "skid" design allows for fast installation (7–10 days) and easy relocation if the ore body is exhausted.
Environmental Compliance: Optimized for Cyanide-Free Reagents, making it easier to obtain environmental permits and manage tailings.
Low Operational Cost: Features automated reagent dosing and high-efficiency motors to minimize electricity and chemical consumption.
Small Footprint: Requires minimal civil engineering (level ground and a basic concrete pad), saving on initial CAPEX.
