It is capable of crushing, screening, and processing large raw rocks into graduated aggregates with particle sizes that meet engineering standards. • System Configuration: Collaborative Multi-stage Crushing and Intelligent Screening The production line is typically composed of the following core equipment modules, forming a full closed-loop "Feeding – Crushing – Screening – Conveying" process:
• Vibrating Feeder Ensures uniform and continuous feeding of raw materials (such as granite or limestone) into the primary crusher, effectively preventing blockages and system overloads.
• Primary Crushing: Jaw Crusher Performs coarse crushing of raw rocks, reducing feed sizes (e.g., $le$ 750mm) to below 200mm. It is designed with high compressive strength adaptability for tough materials.
• Secondary Crushing: Impact or Cone Crusher Further reduces coarse material to the finished product size range (e.g., 5–31.5mm). Impact crushers are ideal for medium-hard materials, while cone crushers are better suited for high-hardness rocks.
• Vibrating Screen Conducts multi-layer screening of the crushed material to separate finished aggregates of various specifications (e.g., 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm). Oversized/unqualified particles are returned to the crusher for re-processing.
• Belt Conveyor Connects each equipment module to achieve automated material flow. Some systems are equipped with intelligent speed regulation to match production fluctuations.
