The continuous rotary drum dryer is a mainstream industrial drying equipment designed for 24-hour uninterrupted mass production. It adopts a fully sealed continuous feeding and discharging structure, with the drum rotating stably at a constant speed to realize non-stop material drying. Working Principle

The obliquely installed drum is driven by a heavy-duty adjustable-speed transmission system to rotate continuously and stably. Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum from the high-position feeding end. The built-in lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the continuously flowing hot air. The moisture is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section constant temperature drying zones, and the dried materials are continuously and stably discharged from the low-position discharging end, realizing the fully automatic uninterrupted continuous drying process.
