Sodium Isopropyl Xanthate (SIPX) at 90 percent purity is a powerful and selective collector specifically formulated for the flotation of non-ferrous metal sulfide ores, with particular effectiveness in silver and gold-bearing sulfide systems. With an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons from our fully automated chemical facility in Shandong, China, we are one of the largest and most reliable suppliers of xanthate flotation reagents serving the global mining industry. SIPX demonstrates exceptional collecting power for copper sulfides including chalcopyrite and chalcocite, gold-bearing pyrite and arsenopyrite, and silver minerals such as argentite and pyrargyrite. Its moderate selectivity profile makes it an ideal primary collector for polymetallic flotation circuits processing Ag-Au-Cu ores commonly found in Mexican and Peruvian mining operations.

SIPX is the collector of choice for silver and gold sulfide ore flotation across major Latin American mining jurisdictions. In Mexican operations processing silver-lead-zinc ores from districts such as Fresnillo and Zacatecas, SIPX serves as the primary collector in bulk sulfide flotation, recovering silver-bearing galena, sphalerite, and pyrite into a bulk concentrate for subsequent selective separation. It is also extensively used in copper-gold porphyry flotation circuits where it acts as a robust primary collector for chalcopyrite-bornite assemblages while providing supplementary gold recovery from associated pyrite. For copper-lead oxide ores that are refractory to conventional sulfide flotation, SIPX combined with sulfidization pretreatment delivers satisfactory recovery results. The reagent is also suitable for nickel sulfide flotation and antimony mineral recovery in appropriate circuit conditions.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceSIPX is packaged in UN-approved containers suitable for international dangerous goods transport by sea, air, rail, and truck. Our factory operates under an ISO9001:2000 certified quality management system with fully automated production control ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. Each production lot is tested for active content, free alkali, moisture, and solubility before release. Certificates of Analysis are provided with every shipment. The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Under proper storage conditions, shelf life extends to 12 months. Technical data sheets, material safety data sheets in English and Spanish, and metallurgical application guidance are available upon request.
