The composition of modular operating room

1. Laminar Air Supply Ceiling

Laminar Air Flow ceiling system ensures correct pressure and air changes are maintained inside Operation Room and aims to reduce the number of infective organisms in the theatre air and reduces the risk of operative and post-operative infection while providing optimum comfort.

2. Medical Cabinets

Medical cabinets include medicine cabinet, instrument cabinet, anesthetist cabinet.

3. X-Ray Viewer

4. OT control system

Surgeon Control Panel with minimum 27-32” multifunction control LCD touch screen, designed to ensure efficient work of medical personnel with comfort shall be recessed in the wall panel with ability to display / control following parameters:

• Room Peripheral Light Control (On, off, etc.)

5. Gas terminal box

It is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, installed with 3-5pcs gas terminal with different standard available, include Europe standard, American standard, England standard, JIS standard, etc. Back connection to medical gas pipeline, when the gas terminals on the surgical pendant are insufficient, they will be used generally.

6. Stainless steel writing table

It is made of 1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel, used when nurses or doctors need to record content during surgery. When the door is opened, the LED lights inside will automatically turn on, and when the door is closed, the lights will automatically turn off. Embedded installation on wall panels.

7.OT equipment

Three types of OT equipment shall be installed Operation Theatre Complex, including:

• LED shadowless lamp

• Surgical pendent

• OT table

8. Flooring

• Material: 2.0 or 2.2mm thickness PVC material floor, made by South Korea LG brand

• Floor Skirting: shall be covered and made from PVC floor with base height about 150mm

• Installation: The floor is installed giving hygienic finishes suitable for operating rooms with covered edges at the wall connection and factory molded corners. All joints are heat welded using welding rods of matching color.

9. Wall Panels

Powered Coated Electrolytic Steel Wall Panel ( On four walls of Operating Rooms)

• Material: Electrolytic sheet of minimum 1.2 mm thickness,filled by fireproof aluminum honeycomb, back side of minimum 0.5mm thickness galvanized steel.

• Finish: Electrolytic steel is coated with anti-bacteria powder, back side galvanized steel is coated with anti-bacteria powder.

• Panels Size: Total panel thickness will be minimum 50 mm. The height and width of each panel will be customized according to client's requirement.
