Temperature Environments Skeleton Oil Seal Automotive Oil Seals FKM Oil Sealing

TC type oil seals have the following main features:

  • Double lip structure: there are main lip and vice lip. The main lip is mainly used to seal the liquid and prevent it from leaking; the secondary lip is used to block dust, water and other impurities from entering into the inside of the equipment
  • Spring-assisted seal: there is usually a spring inside the sealing lip, which can exert a certain radial force on the sealing lip, making the oil seal always fit closely on the shaft surface during shaft rotation or equipment operation.
  • The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).

  • According to the different use of media, pressure and temperature, choose a different material. Common materials include: nitrile rubber skeleton oil seals, fluorine rubber skeleton oil seals, silicone skeleton oil seals and so on.
