Customizable Gray Oil Seals TC Skeleton Oil Seal With Double Lips For Auto 25 * 35 * 6

TC type oil seal is a kind of double-lip oil seal, which contains one main lip and one secondary lip.

Double lip seal + spring self-tightening structure

The main lip seal tightly adheres to the shaft surface, supplemented by a secondary lip seal for dust protection, forming a double sealing barrier that effectively prevents oil leakage and the intrusion of external contaminants. The spring surrounding the lip seal automatically compensates for wear, maintaining long-term sealing pressure and adapting to high-speed rotation or slight eccentricity of the shaft.

Metal skeleton support

An internal high-strength metal skeleton ensures the oil seal maintains its shape stability during installation and use, preventing seal failure caused by deformation under load and enhancing structural reliability.

Customized solutions

Material formulations and structural designs can be adjusted according to customer requirements (such as special media, temperature, and pressure parameters) to provide customized oil seals.
