In order to meet the requirements of material forming, the pre-pressing screw adopts an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor with manual speed regulation. The user can appropriately change the speed of the pre-press according to the ball forming situation to achieve the highest ball forming rate and maximum production capacity. The pressed material is screened by a screening machine, and the qualified granules on the screen are packaged. The material under the screen can be returned to the silo to be mixed with new material and then pressed into granules.

2.2 Material requirements
2.2.1 The particle size of the material can be between 30 and 200 mesh.
2.2.2 Hard metal objects are not allowed in the material, otherwise the roller surface will be damaged.
2.2.3 The material supply must be sufficient. It is advisable to use an adjustable speed screw feeder and adjust the supply of new material by observing the return material volume.
3. Brief description of working principle
The material from the pre-pressing screw is forced into the center of the rollers through the ball-pressing nozzle. The rollers, rotating at equal speeds and in opposite directions, compress the material. The unit pressure within the material gradually increases, reaching its maximum value at the line connecting the centers of the rollers. After the material passes this line, the unit pressure gradually decreases, causing the material to enter a ball-dropping state, until the balls are completely dropped .
If the speed of the main machine and pre-press is adjusted appropriately, this machine can form in one go. When the screened material is returned and mixed with new material for pressing, there should not be too large lumps in the returned material, and it is better to break it into 2-3mm pieces. Once too large lumps enter the returned material or the proportion of the returned material and new material in the mixture is greater than 50%, the speed of the pre-pressing screw should be slowed down, otherwise the motor will easily overload.
