9906-10006 Solvent base coating, has good non-sticly, easy clean and non-stick are the main properties for these coatings, they are formulated to achiveve these specifications and the FDA directives for food contact coatings, Although release is important, customers of this sector look for additional properties like abrasion and corrosion resistance , and different colors, SOVIFOR non-stick coatings has been developed in order to satisfy these needs.

Typical Applications:High quality coffee pot, bakeware, frying pan, woks, and other cookware.

Colors Available: silver dots on black background, black, gray and metallic color

Solid Content %:(28～30)±2

Cure Temperature Range (380℃-400℃)

Cure time: 10minutes

Theoretical Coverage: 6.5±0.2㎡/KG 12μ～15μ

The sintered coating can survive long-term use at temperatures up to 260, but use at higher temperatures is not recommended.
