Raw hydrogen gas enters a catalytic deoxygenation reactor where residual oxygen combines with hydrogen to form water. The gas then passes through twin-tower adsorption dryers for deep dew point removal, followed by high-efficiency dust filters, delivering 99.9999% purity hydrogen with oxygen content below 1 ppm.
