ERNiCrMo-10 Welding Wire (Hastelloy C22 / UNS N06022 / Nickel Alloy)
Premium NiCrMo alloy filler metal for critical corrosive environments
Product Description
ERNiCrMo-10 is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire designed for severe corrosive environments. As the designated filler metal for welding Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022) and other super austenitic/nickel alloys, it offers excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents, ensuring superior weld integrity in aggressive chemical environments.
Key Features
- Excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments
- Highly resistant to wet chlorine, nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, and acetic acids
- Resists pitting, SCC, and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich media
- Stable mechanical properties up to 1000°C (1830°F)
- Ideal for dissimilar metal welding between stainless steel and nickel alloys
- Suitable for pressure vessels, reactors, and process piping
- Complies with AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-10 / UNS N06022 specifications
