Product Description

NiAl 80/20 thermal spray wire is a high-performance nickel-aluminum alloy wire designed for thermal spraying to protect industrial components from wear, oxidation, and corrosion. The wire produces coatings with excellent hardness, high adhesion, and uniform microstructure. It is suitable for flame spray, arc spray, and HVOF processes, and can provide dense, metallurgically bonded coatings after fusing if required.
