CuSn5P thermal spray wire is a phosphor bronze alloy wire containing approximately 5% tin and a small amount of phosphorus, designed for thermal spraying to provide wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings. Compared with low-tin bronzes such as CuSn1, CuSn5P offers higher hardness, better fatigue resistance, and improved sliding performance.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense coatings with good adhesion for surface protection and dimensional restoration.
Phosphor bronze alloy (CuSn5P) with higher hardness and wear resistance
Excellent corrosion resistance in industrial and marine environments
Good sliding and anti-galling performance
Strong adhesion and uniform coating structure
Suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes
Stable wire feeding and consistent coating quality
