4J50 alloy rod is a Fe-Ni controlled expansion alloy containing about 50% nickel.
It is widely used where a stable and low thermal expansion coefficient is required, especially for matching sealing with ceramics and certain glasses.
The alloy provides good machinability, weldability, and reliable sealing performance, making it suitable for electronic packaging, vacuum devices, and aerospace components.
