FeCrAl 255 (0Cr25Al5) is a common high-temperature electric heating alloy material. It features high resistivity, fast heating, excellent high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, with a long-term working temperature of 1250℃. This alloy has stable high-temperature performance, low deformation rate, and long service life. With good ductility, it can be processed into straight wire, spiral wire, and various customized heating elements. Compared with Nichrome alloy, it has higher cost performance, is widely used in industrial furnaces, ovens, muffle furnaces, heating tubes, household heating, and drying equipment.
