- High-quality carbon steel material and precision forging process enhance structural stability and pressure-bearing capacity, adapting to Class 150 working pressure and SCH40 wall thickness requirements.
- Hot dip galvanizing surface treatment provides excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion performance, effectively extending the service life in humid and outdoor environments.
- Weld Neck (WN) design ensures firm welding connection with pipelines, uniform stress distribution, reduced leakage risk, and easy installation.
- Cost-effective carbon steel material, suitable for large-scale industrial applications, balancing performance and budget.
- Standard SCH40 wall thickness, compatible with common industrial pipelines, strong versatility.
Installation & Use
Before installation, check the flange surface, bolt holes, and sealing face for galvanizing layer damage, scratches, or contamination; clean the welding end and flange sealing face thoroughly. Use gaskets compatible with carbon steel and the working medium; tighten bolts evenly and symmetrically to ensure uniform pressure and reliable sealing. Conduct a pressure test after installation to confirm no leakage before formal operation. Avoid damaging the galvanizing layer during installation.
Precautions
Store in a dry, clean, and ventilated warehouse to avoid moisture, corrosion, and damage to the galvanizing layer; handle with care during transportation to prevent collision and scratch. Use within the rated pressure (Class 150) and temperature range; avoid overloading or improper installation. Professional welding and installation personnel are recommended to ensure the welding quality and galvanizing layer integrity.
