Corrosion resistance and main operating environment:

The chemical composition of incoloy800/800h /800HT is very similar, so they all have good corrosion resistance to reduction, oxidation, nitriding medium and the corrosion resistance to REDOX alternating medium, and have high metallurgical stability in high temperature long-term application. However, due to the different contents of (Al+Ti) of the three materials, the three materials are used in different environments. Specifically, the INCOLOY 800 can display various properties at sub-zero temperature, room temperature and high temperature of 600℃. Since the content of INCOLOY 800H (Al+Ti) is not higher than 0.7%, it has good tensile strength above 600℃ and good toughness when working for a long time below 700℃. INCOLOY 800HT has excellent yield strength above 700℃.

Applications: Retort furnace and muffle furnace and heat treatment fixture and baskets, vacuum furnace equipment, the highest working temperature is 1000 degrees chloride equipment, titanium dioxide factory, retort furnace, in the process of fatty acid of heater, distiller, bubble-cap tower and condenser, sodium sulfide in the process of manufacture of the evaporator tube and tube plate and pressure plate, rosin acid in the pulp manufacturing processing equipment, etc.
