1. Product

This UNS32750 super duplex stainless steel concentric reducer is high-end butt-weld pipe fitting manufactured strictly under ASTM A815 standard, far superior to ordinary 304,316 and S31803 reducers. The super duplex metal owns balanced ferrite-austenite dual phase structure, combining ultra-high tensile strength, excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and chloride stress cracking. It can stably serve in high-salinity seawater, acid chemical medium and high-pressure oil-gas working conditions without thinning wall, rust or leakage problems.
The product adopts integral hot forming process with uniform wall thickness, smooth inner cavity and no flow dead zone, which effectively reduces fluid turbulence and pressure loss. The precise butt-welding bevel end matches perfectly with same-grade duplex steel pipes, forming tight seamless welding joints to realize zero long-term leakage. Every reducer passes chemical composition inspection, hydraulic pressure test and dimensional tolerance detection before leaving factory, ensuring stable safety for industrial pipeline long-cycle operation.
