1. Product Overview & Core Advantages

This Monel 400 nickel alloy weldolet is a high-pressure branch pipe fitting manufactured strictly following ASME B16.11 standard. Monel 400 material has excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid, salt water and alkaline medium corrosion, far better than ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel weldolets. It adopts integrated forging molding without internal cracks or pores, with high structural strength to bear Class 6000# heavy load pressure. The welding end is precisely machined with smooth transition surface, which can be fully fused with main pipes and branch pipes to form an integrated connection structure. It avoids weak points caused by traditional saddle welding, effectively preventing leakage under long-term high-pressure and corrosive working conditions. Every weldolet passes chemical composition test and pressure tightness inspection before delivery to meet strict industrial engineering standards.
