Valve Part End Body Flange Connection Bonnet End Cap Of Ball Valve Seal For Secure The Valve Core
Flange Connection Bonnet:
The advantage of flange-connected bonnets over threaded bonnets is that the tightening force can be distributed to all bolts. Therefore flanged bonnets can be used for valves of any size and pressure class.
However, as the size of the valve increases and the pressure increases, the volume and weight of the valve of this structure become larger and larger. When the valve operating temperature is higher than 350℃ (600℉), the load-bearing capacity of the bolts will be greatly reduced due to creep relaxation.
In demanding applications, the flange connection can also be sealed and welded.
