Custom 3D Printed Automotive Wire Harness Clip — POM Prototype

Harness clips live in tight packaging spaces and must snap, hold, and release reliably. This 30 mm clip is printed in POM so the snap arm has low friction and good fatigue life, allowing harness routing and insertion force to be tested on the vehicle before tooling is released.
