HDG-200C Far infrared Automatic Constant Temperature Film Drying Oven

1, Introduction

HDG-200C far infrared automatic constant temperature film drying oven is a new product launched by our company for nondestructive testing and medical service. The oven is made by absorbing the advanced experience of similar products at home and abroad.

The drying oven is a vertical structure with transparent glass on the top. The box is made of high-quality thin steel plate, and the parts are plated for corrosion prevention, which is durable.

Compared with the electric heating wire heating used in other drying boxes, this oven adopts far-infrared heating.It has the advantages of fast temperature rise, long constant temperature time, low power consumption, reliable insulation performance, safe use and long service life. In particular, it is an ideal equipment for rapid drying of films in industrial nondestructive testing and medical photography.

3, Method of use

1. Turn on the panel switch, the temperature rise indicator is on, the air supply motor operates, and the temperature rises gradually. When the temperature reaches the given value, the temperature rise indicator is off and the constant temperature indicator is on. The air supply motor operates as usual. When the temperature is lower than the given value of 5℃,the temperature rise indicator is on.This cycle indicates that the temperature control is normal.

2. Connect the power supply and the grounding anchor in the three core power plug must be well grounded.

3. The box is equipped with a slot frame for placing the film developing clip, which is suitable for placing the general film developing clip for nondestructive testing. If a large film developing clip or medical film developing clip is placed, the slot frame can be removed.

4. Drain the film that has been washed on the developing clip, put it on the slot rack of the studio, and close the box cover.

5. After use, turn off the panel switch, cut off the power supply or unplug the plug.

6. The cross section of the power line shall not be less than 1.5mm².

4, Precautions

1. The power switch must be turned off when placing and taking out the film.

2. The drying oven shall be placed in a dry and ventilated place.

3. When in use, the box shall be well grounded to avoid electric shock.
