FR4 Green Soldermask HASL Material SMT Multilayer PCB Board​

This high-density green PCB, typically made of FR-4 material, can be customized for automotive applications. To meet automotive standards, it requires compliance with IATF 16949, advanced soldering processes like nitrogen reflow, and rigorous testing to ensure reliability in harsh vehicle environments.

FR4 substrate excellence: The FR4 core provides high mechanical strength, good dimensional stability, and excellent electrical insulation (dielectric constant around 4.2-4.7), ensuring the board withstands thermal stress during SMT assembly and long-term operation.
