1.Solder Paste Stenciling:Solder paste is accurately applied to PCB pads through a precision steel stencil, ensuring solder only covers required areas.
2.Component Placement:A pick-and-place robot automatically mounts surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto the solder-pasted pads as designed.
3.Reflow Soldering:The board goes through a reflow oven, where heat melts the solder paste; cooling forms firm, permanent electrical and mechanical connections.
4.Inspection & Quality Control:AOI checks component placement, polarity and solder joints. X-ray inspection is used for hidden joints such as BGAs.
5.Through-Hole Assembly:Larger or high-power through-hole components are inserted and soldered via wave or selective soldering.
6.Final Test & Cleaning:Functional testing verifies performance. The board is cleaned to remove flux residues
