Description

Production Description:

1. The flat gate valves produced by our factory can be divided into two types: rising stem gate valves and non rising stem gate valves. Flat gate valves are widely used in oil production equipment such as oil trees, tubing heads, casing heads, and manifolds. The main function is to control the connection and disconnection of pipelines and other equipment media.

2. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are sprayed with hard alloy or QPQ treatment to ensure good wear and corrosion resistance;

3. Before leaving the factory, all valves have undergone water pressure strength and sealing tests in accordance with API 6A standards to ensure their reliability and safety.

4. The main models of flat gate valves include: PFF/PFFA/PFFW/PFFY model, FC model, FL model, FLS model, and FLSR model HYD/HRC model, BSO model

5. Flat gate valves mainly consist of valve body, valve cover, valve plate, valve seat, valve stem, handwheel and other components;
Metal sealing is adopted between the valve body and valve cover;
