Description

The steel shot filing process is is a process in which the core is placed in the fask and the steel shot is filed toreinforce the core. After pouring, the castings are cooled by steel shots. The cooling speed is faster and the processhas belter venting. The steel shot can be recycled and reused. Comparing to normal sand casing process.the shelmoulding process has advantages of lower investment, compact area occupation, easy operation, high efficiencylow sand consumption, less dust pollution, and less noise. And the castings have belter surface, better dimensionaccuracy,and good material properties.
