Precision electric rotating table: PX110-110

PX110-110 precision electric rotating table is an electric rotating table product with high precision. It adopts refined worm gear and cross roller shaft ring to ensure high rotating precision, and key indexes such as end jump and diameter jump reach the advanced level of the peer. The product has a high load capacity, can be used in horizontal or even vertical use, can be combined multi-dimensional use.

Product features

Standard stepper motor and DB9 interface, choose to controller flexibility ,We also can provide fully customized motion systems .

Regular stage set with stepper motor and RS232 interface, could connect with motion controller easily.

High precision Worm gear design for high accuracy, loading and long working time.

Forward and reverse rotate are possible.

The stage could use in vertical and assemble with other stages.

Prototype stepper motor42 stepper motor (1.8°). Servo motor available for replacement on request.

Fine steel rotary shoe, high accuracy, massive loading capacity and long using life.

Fine grinding worm drive with comfortable movement and backlash can almost ignored.

Clearance elimination design.

The motor is connected with the worm via high quality elastic coupling, synchronized drive without noise.

Scaling on the outerring of the platform, easy scale reading.
