The rack and pinion type manual translation platform PT-SD112, the main material of the product is high-strength aluminum alloy, the surface is oxidized black, and the dovetail auxiliary guide rail is used for guidance, with strong load capacity. It is driven by helical gear and rack, and the adjustment speed is fast. With scale on the side and locking function, the locking effect is good and the stability is high. 3. The adjustment speed of operation is different. The dovetail groove sliding movement adjustment speed is fast. The rack and pinion type adjustment knob can move forward or backward by 18mm for one turn, while the cross roller type micrometer knob can only move forward or backward by 0.5mm for one turn. Fourth, there are differences in prices. The dovetail groove type slide has simple structure and low price, while the cross roller type slide has relatively complex structure, high precision and high price.
