Exclusive Patented Design Removable Kindergarten Flooring With SGS Certificates

Check and then you will find out that most of kindergarten sports courts are applicated with PP interlocking floor for the playground and the rest is changing from traditional flooring to PP interlocking flooring.

First of all, PU and PP flooring are safe solutions as proved. PU are adhesive mixed with rubber with various of chemical materials and mostly PU flooring is made on site through complicated procedures. And PP modular is PP produced in factory and assembled on site by locking up. The difference between them are as below:

1) Adhesive is a risk of safety. It is pure chemical mixed, adhesive is high risk as toxic, smelly and pollution risk as well.

2) Colored rubber with source unknow and untracked. Most of rubber is from abandon tires. It is very likely containing metal substance due to unproperly rubber granule production.

3) PU need complicated installation procedures, professional installation machines and engineer as well. Your PU flooring subbase is strictly required to meet serval conditions. Days in good weather is need for PU installation with serval workers. After PU floor is done and it is expected to wait about 20 days before use as the first 20 days smells strong, probably caused uncomfortable reaction. PP modular mat is the simplest installation, one man in one day or two men half day will make a new flooring with PP modular tiles.

4) PU cost you more while PP suspended interlocking floor save your cash. Plus, you have to pay for your PU flooring disposal, what is worse is your substrate is ruined by glue used in PU installation. Abandoned PU is not recyclable, not a friend to our planet.
