We are proud to showcase our latest high-end residential model for Ellington Properties – Windsor House, situated in the heart of Dubai.

This ultra-realistic model recreates two elegant L-shaped residential towers: their facades blend glass and modern materials for a refined texture, while the warm-toned roof trim paired with contour lighting exudes a sophisticated architectural ambiance at night. The ground floor features transparent retail spaces and parking areas, with details like street-facing palm trees and moving vehicles that bring the neighborhood scene to life.

The model’s core highlight lies in its immersive details:

- Within the sky garden between the towers, lawns, pathways, seating, and layered greenery are arranged in a staggered layout, complemented by accent lighting to create a tranquil leisure atmosphere;
- The luxury swimming pool area, with its clear water, palm trees, and lounge chair furnishings, replicates a resort-style living experience;
- The interior uses grouped, randomly shifting lighting effects to simulate the vibrancy of real occupancy, paired with an illuminated project logo – giving the model both static beauty and dynamic liveliness;
- Every element, from the facade’s material textures to the landscape’s plant forms, is meticulously crafted for maximum realism.

In addition, we created two supporting models:

- A 1:5000 masterplan model of the wider urban context, presenting the project’s macro location;
- A 1:1500 context model that combines realistic and conceptual elements to clearly illustrate the project’s spatial relationship with its surroundings.
