Safety instructions
The pump housing must be filled with hydraulic oil (filled into the housing cavity) at start-up and during operation. Start-up must be carried out at low speed and without load until the system is completely drained.
In the case of long periods of storage, the case can be drained via the working line. When restarting, ensure that sufficient oil is filled into the case.
The minimum suction pressure at port S must not drop below 0.8 bar.
Mounting position
Shaft horizontal at the bottom. When mounting above the tank, the "shaft horizontal, suction port to the bottom" mounting position is not permitted!
Mounting below tank level
Pump position below the minimum oil level in the tank (standard)
➔ Before starting via the highest case drain, fill the axial piston pump
➔ Recommendation: Fill the suction line
➔ Run the motor at low speed (firing speed) until the motor system is completely filled
➔ Minimum immersion depth of the suction or drain line in the tank: 200 mm (relative to the minimum oil level in the tank).
Mounting position above tank level
Motors mounted above the minimum oil level in the tank
➔ Mounting position below tank level
➔ The mounting positions "shaft at top" and "shaft horizontal, suction port at bottom" are not permitted (when the machine is stopped, the pump housing drains via the suction line).
➔ Note: - Maximum permissible suction pipe length hmax = 800 mm
