Equipment performance

1. Self-made high-strength rigid engineering chassis, four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, three steering modes. The vehicle body is compact and equipped with advanced steering-driven Kaichuang axles, which make the machine highly maneuverable and operable in mines and tunnels.

2. Braking system: Adopt Italian SAFIM hydraulic braking and parking system, hydraulic wet dual brake, driving oil brake, parking spring brake hydraulic release, failure safety parking brake. Meet the safety use requirements of mines.

3. The well-known domestic brand gearbox is selected to achieve three-speed shifting, which is maneuverable and flexible, and has stronger low-speed climbing power.

4. The rotary sealed mixing tank and the fully enclosed hydraulic opening discharge port are more suitable for mining concrete transportation environment.

5. The diesel engine adopts the imported Cummins new high-pressure common rail turbocharged National IV diesel engine with a rated power of up to 190 horsepower (140 kilowatts), which can provide strong power and reliable performance for chassis driving.

6. It adopts a closed cab with wide field of vision, air conditioning and heating, and a 360-degree panoramic imaging system. The full LCD instrument panel displays information such as gear position, vehicle speed, engine information, and fault alarms intuitively, making driving more comfortable and operation easier.

7. The chassis is designed with a shock-absorbing leaf spring structure, which is beneficial to effectively alleviate vehicle body bumps in complex transportation environments, further ensure the stability and safety of the frame, and improve driving comfort.

8. In order to reduce or maintain a stable speed for a long time and reduce or release the load of the service brake when going down a long slope, this machine is equipped with a retarder auxiliary braking device. The electromagnetic retarder can greatly improve the safety of mine tunnel transportation and also increase the service life of the axle brake system.

9. Centralized lubrication system, using electric lubrication pump to automatically add grease to lubrication points such as mixing seal support, greatly improving the service life of moving lubricating parts and the convenience of operation and maintenance.

10. Hydraulically driven mixing tank with electric stepless speed regulation, dual control of cab and discharge port, safe and convenient operation.
