Technical Performance

Rock Drill

The CYTJ102 mining hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is equipped with a double buffering and shock-absorbing system to ensure the best service life of the drilling tool;
The pressure oil film protects and lubricates the joint interfaces and reduces internal pollution of the rock drill.

Hydraulic Drill Boom

Heavy-duty drill boom, the drill boom supported by double triangle suspension provides accurate hydraulic parallel maintenance function in all directions.

Hydraulic Propulsion Beam

Heavy-duty aluminum alloy propulsion beam has high anti-bending and torsional strength and long service life;

The surface of the propulsion beam is covered with stainless steel skin, and polyurethane rubber wear-resistant pads are used between moving parts.

Control System

The hydraulic rock drilling control system has an automatic anti-jamming function RPCF (rotary pressure control force).

Chassis

Sturdy articulated heavy-duty chassis, four-wheel drive; powered by a water-cooled diesel engine; four hydraulic outriggers for firm stability.
