PV1-F Photovoltaic Cable
PV1-F photovoltaic cable is a special cable used for solar photovoltaic modules in the system. It features weather resistance, high temperature resistance, and friction resistance with a long service life. The cable utilizes high-quality oxygen-free tinned copper conductors to ensure superior conductive effect, along with high-performance insulating materials and sheath materials after radiation cross-linking by a high-energy electron accelerator for reliable insulating and mechanical properties.

- Conductor: Stranded tinned copper wire conforming to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 Class 5
- Insulation: Irradiation cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin
- Sheath: Irradiation cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin
- Insulation nominal thickness: 0.8mm
- Nominal thickness of sheath: 0.9mm
- Nominal cross section: 4mm²
- Outer diameter of finished wire: 6.1±0.1mm
- Specification: 1×1.5~1×70mm²; 2×1.5~2×35mm² AWG American standard and other specifications can be consulted and customized

- Sheath surface resistance: The surface resistance of the finished cable sheath should not be less than 10⁹Ω
