Installation Guidelines
- Minimum bending radius when laying cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
- YJV/YJLV cables are suitable for indoor, channel, and pipe laying, and can be buried in loose soil (cannot bear external forces)
- YJV22/YJLV22 cables are designed for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces (but not large tensile forces)
- Use specialized tools for cable laying (pay-off racks, guide rollers) to prevent mechanical damage
- Keep cables away from heat sources during installation
- When laying through pipes, inner diameter should not be less than 1.5 times the cable outer diameter
- Do not squeeze cables when passing through pipes
- Cable area should not exceed 40% of total pipe area
