Description of SUS 304 / 316 sprite coca cola energy carbonated drink filling line

Bottle washing part:
It is mainly composed of a bottle clamping head, an upper disc and a guide rail. The bottle clamping head rotates with the upper disc. The bottle opening clamp is opened by the shaped plate to clamp the filling bottleneck. It is turned 180 degrees according to the guide rail, rinsed and dripped dry. , Then flip 180°%
Carbonated drink balance pressure filling part:
It is mainly composed of water tank, filling valve, guide rail, card bottle lifting device, etc.
It is fed into the filling machine by the bottle card board, the bottleneck is supported by the bottle filling board, and it rotates with the water tank, etc., and slides up on the guide rod according to the guide rail to open the filling valve for filling. After filling, it drops and leaves the filling. The filling valve closes by itself. The bottle is sent out of the filling machine with the card bottle board.
Bottle capping part
It is composed of three major parts: a cap separator, a cap screwing machine and a cap sorter.
There are two types of cap sorting devices: ordinary caps and sports caps. This equipment can be compatible to complete the capping function of the two types of caps.
It is sent by the bottle card board to complete the card cover, and then sent out by the bottle card board after screwing the cap.
