Working Principle and Structure

Filtration Mechanism: Through physical interception and adsorption, when the raw liquid flows from top to bottom through the filter layer, suspended solids, colloids, and other impurities are adsorbed by the filter media surface or mechanically intercepted, thereby reducing water turbidity.

Automation Design: Fully automatic mechanical filters use an electronic control system and automatic valves to achieve unattended operation. When the filter layer resistance increases, causing the water level to rise, the system triggers backwashing through a negative pressure siphon effect to restore the filter media performance.

Backwashing Process: Backwashing involves reverse water intake combined with compressed air for air-water mixing and scrubbing to remove impurities accumulated on the filter media surface. The backwashing cycle is typically 1-3 days (depending on the turbidity of the raw water).
