This strengthens the calcination process, reduces system heat consumption, and improves production efficiency.

Clinker coolers are indispensable supporting equipment for cement rotary kilns. Their performance directly affects the operating efficiency of the rotary kiln; without efficient clinker coolers, it is difficult to achieve efficient operation of the rotary kiln.

Grate coolers employ a forced-air cooling mode. Air at a specific pressure is sprayed at an angle perpendicular to the direction of material movement on the grate, rapidly cooling the clinker on the grate. The cooling effect is significant, effectively ensuring clinker quality.

The vertical cooler, also known as a lime cooler, is one of the core main equipment in the production of quicklime. Quicklime calcined in the rotary kiln enters the vertical cooler, which is lined with refractory material. This cooler has a square cross-section, with a central cooling air cap and compartment cooling air caps evenly arranged inside. The air caps are connected to external fans via pipes. A discharge port is located at the bottom of the cooler, and each discharge port is equipped with a vibrating discharger. During operation, the material accumulates inside the cooler, covering the air caps and forming a layer of a certain thickness. Cooling air is blown in by the external fan, enters the air caps through the air chamber, and is ejected from the air caps, making full contact with the high-temperature material to complete heat exchange. The air-cooled material is gradually discharged from the cooler by the vibrating discharger; the hot air heated by the material directly enters the rotary kiln through the kiln head hood, participating in the combustion reaction as secondary air, thus achieving the recycling of thermal energy.
