Fine sand recovery equipment is an environmentally friendly industrial device mainly used in hydropower station aggregate processing, artificial sand production lines, coal preparation plant coarse coal slime recovery, and slurry purification. Its core function is to solve the problems of fine sand loss and wastewater purification.

Working Principle

The workflow consists of three stages: First, a slurry pump transports the sand-water mixture to a hydrocyclone for centrifugal classification. The concentrated fine sand is then conveyed through a sand discharge nozzle to a dewatering screen for dewatering. A small amount of fine sand and mud is returned to the washing tank via a return box, forming a cycle. Ultimately, this achieves effective separation of fine sand and water.
