This device supports PLC fully automatic control and has functions such as synchronous feeding, automatic cleaning of filter cloth, and hidden flow discharge. The workflow is divided into multiple stages such as filtration, extrusion, washing, and drying. The technical highlights include tower filter plate design, synchronized operation of multiple oil cylinders, and corrosion-resistant filter cloth, with a maximum filtration pressure of 20MPa, suitable for continuous production scenarios such as chemical, metallurgical, and environmental protection. Some models such as HVPF and WLY series have achieved automatic discharge of filter plates and regeneration of filter cloth, forming mature application cases in fields such as gold cyanide and alumina production.
