Product Introduction

Widely used in solid-liquid separation operations for materials such as nickel concentrate, zinc oxide leachate, starch, sludge, etc. Its core structure includes a horizontally stacked filter plate group, a hydraulic system, and an automatic circulating filter cloth. It adopts high-pressure extrusion and airflow dehydration technology, and the moisture content of the filter cake can be as low as 10% -15%

The short program control mode has four processes: filtration, diaphragm compression, filter cake drying, filter cake discharge, and filter cloth washing.

After the filter plate frame is closed, the slurry enters each filter chamber through the slurry pipe simultaneously The filtrate enters the filtrate chamber through the filter cloth, then enters the filtrate hose, and finally reaches the filtrate tube.
