Product description

Ballistic inserts are usually used in conjunction with a bulletproof vest or tactical vest. The front plate protects the front and back of the body, while the side plate protects the sides of the body. The side panels provide protection to the sides of the body. The cut corners are normal for the front of the body and square for the back. The types of materials used to make bulletproof inserts can be roughly divided into 4 types: bulletproof steel, PE polyethylene, PE + aluminium oxide and PE + silicon carbide. All types of material models are available.
Now the more widely used to occupy the mainstream is the ceramic bullet-proof insert plate. We will introduce the principle of ceramic inserts and the differences between them.
The principle is that when a bullet impacts a bulletproof insert, the bullet first impacts the top ceramic layer, which breaks up when it encounters a bullet with huge kinetic energy, and also transfers the huge impact energy from the impact point to the surrounding area to absorb the huge kinetic energy of the bullet. When the bullet passes through the ceramic layer, it has lost most of its kinetic energy. When the bullet reaches the polyethylene layer, the polyethylene consumes the bullet's kinetic energy by stretching and wraps around the bullet and the shrapnel, a process that has little effect on the human body and provides excellent protection.

Use temperature should not exceed 70 ℃;
