Our trapezoidal screws meet national standard JB/T 2886-2008. Machined threaded raceways come in diameters φ2~14mm and leads 1~14mm, ensuring tight control over thread accuracy. Lead screws use YF45Mnr alloy steel (heat-treated to HRC58~62 for strength and durability). We also offer 45# steel or 304 stainless steel for harsh environments.​
Nuts come in tin bronze, aluminum bronze, brass, cast iron, or stainless steel: Tin bronze nuts self-lubricate for low maintenance; stainless steel suits clean settings like food or medical fields.​
