The filling section features a dual-head gear pump system delivering gentle, precise fills from 5ml to 50ml with ±0.5% accuracy. The gear pump technology ensures zero shear stress on delicate essential oil compounds, preserving their therapeutic properties and aromatic integrity. Both filling heads operate simultaneously, achieving 1,200-1,800 bottles per hour.

Bottles advance to the single-head crimping station with automatic cap sorting and torque-controlled sealing. The station handles dropper assemblies, screw caps, and crimp neck closures.
