Green coated rope is a composite rope with a green PVC/PU/Nylon coating wrapped around a galvanized or stainless steel wire rope. It combines the high strength of the wire rope (tensile strength up to 1670-1770MPa) with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and insulation of the coating.

Manufactured through processes such as immersion, extrusion, and spraying, with a coating thickness of 0.5-2mm and stable, environmentally friendly color. Widely used in outdoor buildings, ocean ports, warehousing and logistics, amusement facilities, agriculture and horticulture, and other scenarios.

Compared with ordinary steel wire ropes, it has a lifespan 2-3 times longer and can also avoid scratching goods and buffering impact forces. It is a multifunctional rope that balances practicality and aesthetics.

The green plastic coated rope is made of galvanized or 304/316 stainless steel wire rope (common structures include 1×7, 6×19+IWS, etc., with a tensile strength of 1670-1770MPa), coated with 0.5-2mm thick PVC/PE/nylon material, which is firmly attached and has stable color and sun resistance.

Product specifications cover a core material diameter of 1-12mm, with high wear resistance (1000 times of friction wear ≤ 0.1mm), good flexibility (able to withstand bending up to 10 times the core diameter), in compliance with ROHS environmental standards, and supporting customized needs.
