19×7 steel wire rope belongs to a type of wire contact steel wire rope, composed of 19 steel wire strands twisted around the central strand, with each steel wire strand consisting of 7 steel wires. This multi-layer structural design distinguishes it from ordinary single or few strand steel wire ropes and provides unique performance characteristics.

• Super strong compression and wear resistance: The multi-layer structure allows for a larger contact area on the surface of the steel wire rope, which can evenly distribute pressure. In frequent squeezing and friction scenarios, the wear rate is more than 30% slower than ordinary steel wire ropes.
• Excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance: The steel wire strand adopts a secondary twisting process, making the steel wire rope easier to bend as a whole. When repeatedly bent, the steel wire is less likely to break, and the fatigue life is 2-3 times that of a 6×7 structure steel wire rope.
• Excellent anti-rotation stability: The multi-layer cross twisting design offsets the torsional stress of the steel wire rope, and almost no rotation occurs when lifting heavy objects, making it particularly suitable for precision operations that require high lifting stability.
• Higher breaking force: Under the same diameter, the total number of wires in the 19×7 steel wire rope is greater, and the breaking force is about 15% higher than that of a regular 6-strand steel wire rope.
