Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including two bending calibration machines, hydraulic plate shearing machine, cutting machine, slitting machine, two gas welding machines, hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

Our factory has professional engineers to design practical poles and save costs for our clients. To design practical poles for customer use, we typically require the following parameters:

• Pole top design load
• Position of the load (distance from the top)
• Wind speed
• Wire distribution
• Pole type with Burial Type or Base Plate type
• Connection mode (slip joint or flange)
• Other specifications for further discussion

Besides these NEA standard poles, our factory also produces 50FT-120FT Transmission poles, Steel Lighting Poles, Traffic Signal Poles, Substation Structures, Steel Crossarm, Steel Towers and other steel components.

To ensure quality, we have professional engineers to inspect poles during manufacturing and before delivery. We conduct Lab Tests, Workload Tests, Steel Thickness Tests, Galvanization Thickness Tests, and more.

We offer different packing options to meet your requirements:

• No packing, bare poles delivered directly (most economical)
• Sack wrap
• Non-woven fabrics wrap

We normally use 40ft containers with port limit weight of 26 tons. For poles with flanges or to avoid scratches during delivery, we use 40ft open top containers at slightly higher cost.

Delivery schedule is based on quantity, normally within 30 working days after receiving deposit. Partial delivery allowed for large quantities.
