Production Process

Before galvanization, we will check the pole quality during the fabrication process from cutting raw plate, bending/forming,
automatic welding to drilling holes. Then after hot dip galvanization, we will check the diameters, galvanization thickness and do the load test according to clients' different requirements and then deliver the poles on time based on the contract.
