Production Process

Before galvanization, we will check the pole quality during the fabrication process from cutting raw plate, bending/forming, automatic welding to drilling holes. Then after hot dip galvanization, we will check the diameters, galvanization thickness and do the load test according to clients' different requirements and then deliver the poles on time based on the contract.

Packing & Delivery

Because of there is nearly no any accessories on the poles shaft, so most of the clients agree with delivery the 25ft -40ft steel poles without package which is can save the space of the container, and also can save the purchasing cost. Of course ,if our clients have request or standard for the package of the steel poles, we are also glad to packing the steel poles according to client's request.

Packaging
Packaging Details	1. No packing, just bare poles to be delivered directly. This is the most economic way. 2. Sack wrap. 3. Non-woven fabrics wrap. Also can following by client required
Delivery
Time	It depends on your quantity. Normally within 30 working days
Delivery Details	1. We normally use 40ft container and our Port limit weight for 40ft container is 26Tons. 2. If poles are with flange or in order to avoid scratch on poles during delivery, we will use 40ft open top container, which is a bit more costive than the 40ft container.
